Parent FAQ's

  • How do I sign up for District Communication? 
    Our mass communication system is set up through Parent Square.  You will receive a welcome email when your child has been added to Power School.  Please follow the directions on the email to create your account.  

    How do I register for the District website? 
    Select Login in the upper right hand corner of the District website to create a log in.  You will be able to view password protected pages when you log in to the website.

    How do I find general information about the schools?  
    Click here to access the Back-to-School packet for Middlefork and click here for Sunset Ridge's Student Handbook. 

    Where can I access the Parent/Student Calendar? 
    Navigate to the homepage of our website and scroll down to view the calendar.  Select View Full Calendar to view the calendar and click on the plus sign at the bottom of the calendar to subscribe. 

    What activities are offered for my child at school? 
    Visit the homepage of the website and select Student Activities.  

    Where do I go to watch the livestream of the Board Meetings? 
    Visit the Livestream page under Board of Education on the District website. 

  • How do I register my child for school?  
    Click here to view all the necessary requirements for proving residency. Once you have proven residency, you will receive a link and a Snap Code to complete registration. 

    How do I purchase School Supplies? 
    Visit the School Supplies webpage under the Parents Menu on the District website. 

    Where are the class lists located? 
    On the homepage of our website, register to view all pages that are only accessible to registered users.  Select Login and Sign-Up to create an account. Class lists are under Parents>Class Lists on the website. 

  • How do I pay for lunch? 
    Create an account in MySchoolBucks and request your child's student ID number from our Business Office. Payment can be made online for all lunch accounts. Auto pay can also be set up to prevent your account from reaching a negative balance. 
     
    Where is the lunch menu? 
    On the homepage of the website or under the Parents menu, you will see a link for Lunch Program.  There are two pages, one for MySchoolBucks and containing the lunch menus. 

  • How do I pay for lost or damaged technology equipment?

    Click here and log in to MySchoolBucks and select Tech Fees.

    Where are the Tech Resources for Parents? 
    Under the Parents Menu on the website, you will find a Parent Tech Resource page.  

  • How can I get involved? 
    The District has a Parent Connections committed that meets once a month.  Visit the Parent Connections webpage for more information. All are invited.

    How do I access the Parent Directory? 
    The PTO manages the Parent Directory so please visit the PTO page under the Parent Menu on our website.
